We are now looking for a Sales Manager to be responsible for sales in the Scandinavian region. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales activities and customer relations in your sales area and for creating new business. You will work in close cooperation with our international sales, R&D and customer service teams and report to Amerplast Chief Marketing Officer. Our customers and their success are the driving force in everything that we do. The person we are looking for is expected to share our passion for first class customer service.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and grow profitable sales in Scandinavian area
  • Create new business with current and new customers
  • Prepare and execute agreed regional business plan
  • Accountable for budget and forecasting in Scandinavian area
  • Ensure the satisfaction and high-level customer service of our customers
  • Analyse and report sales results and trends, predict and optimize current and future commercial opportunities

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • + 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Successful track record in sales
  • Ability to generate new leads, build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Swedish
  • Willingness to travel, mainly within Scandinavia and occasionally to our production sites located in Poland and Finland

 

We would appreciate if you also have experience of:

 

  • Packaging industry; lamination, flexo printing & extrusion knowledge are beneficial
  • Prior experience of similar position and/or industrial environment will be a good benefit succeeding in this position
